How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. 

I entered the wrong address on my order.
We pack and process orders quickly, so we can't make any adjustments once they've been sent and are on their way to you. This includes changing the shipping option, delivery address or payment method. We are not responsible for items not delivered due to an incorrect mailing address. If your package is returned to us because it was undeliverable, we will not send you a replacement. You must wait for the original package to be returned to us before we can send it to your correct address. You will also have to pay a reshipping fee.

What should I do if my order has not arrived?
If your order has not arrived after you have checked the status of your order using the tracking number, you may contact your local post office and try to start a claim with them. We cannot be held liable for a package that is alleged to have never been delivered if the tracking number indicates that it has been delivered, and we have done our part in fulfilling your order.

Lost/Stolen, Issues and resulting damages
We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen. We do our part to ensure that your package arrives safely. Once it is dropped off at the post office it is in their hands. You may contact your local post office and try to start a claim with them. Allow a few days if the package is marked delivered but has not arrive, as the post office may make a mistake and most of the time it arrives. If it still hasn't arrived, you should contact the post office for further instructions. 

RETURNS AND REFUND

We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds due to hygiene reasons.

Once you received your package you have 5 days to contact us if there is a defective product or a mistake on our part. Once the 5 days have passed we can't guarantee anything.

If there is a problem with your order you will have to send a photo of the unused or unworn item(s) and a brief explanation of the defect to info@kalicishop.com so we can look into it right away. If your exchange is accepted you will be responsible for return shipping unless there is a mistake on our part we will cover the cost. Once we receive your items back we will process what both parties have agreed on. Be aware standard processing time will apply. Please send your package via a standard tracked service so that proof of delivery can be verified. Items sent back to us without approval will not be accepted.

How long will it take to receive my new replacement item?
Once you have received your confirmation email for a new replacement item, your item will be shipped out within 1 business day and you will receive a second email detailing your new parcel tracking number.

The price of an item has changed since I ordered, can I get a refund?
As an online business we adjust our prices in reaction to changing fashion trends, availability, promotions, and consumer demand. This means that an item's price can change after you've purchased it. Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust prices or provide a refund or credit for the price difference.

Is wear and tear covered?
Unfortunately Kalici shop does not cover damages resulting from wear and tear or personal damage from use. Please refer to the 'Jewelry Care' page for more information on how you can best look after your Kalici shop jewelry.

How can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order for any reason and it has not been processed, please email us or send a DM on Instagram. However, we can't guarantee that we will notice it in time. If this is the case, you must return it so that we can cancel and refund your order.

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges, returns and refunds on sale items or gift cards.

PROMO CODES/DISCOUNT CODES

How do I enter a promo code or discount code?
To redeem your promo code, enter the code exactly as specified into the 'Coupons' bar at Checkout. Click 'Redeem' to apply the promo code to your order.

Can I use multiple promo/discount codes at the same time?
You may only use ONE promo or discount code (including percent off and $ off offers). If a Free Shipping Promotion is active, you can use ONE Free Shipping discount per order.
